Health, Environment and Safety (HES)

We prioritise the health and safety of our employees. We have developed health and safety manual, policies and have established best practices at all our plants. To continuously improve our health and safety system, on-site training and regular awareness and refresher sessions are conducted for both permanent and temporary employees.

We reviewed our health and safety system as we felt the need to strengthen the safety processes and enhance them to world-class levels. To achieve our safety objective of ‘Zero Accident”, we have set forth on the safety cultural transformation journey. To motivate all employees and train a culture of positive competition between our operating plants, we regularly organize different competitions and internal safety award programs. We appreciate all the employees and departments for their outstanding safety compliance, which has contributed significantly in achieving operational excellence.

Beside ensuring safety of our employees, we have been taking initiatives to improve our environment for the next generations. We have established waste management system in our plants to reduce environment pollution. To contribute to green world, we also started to plant trees in and around the plants.
